I found the hotel staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Cleanliness was evident in all areas - common premises, my bedroom, and bathroom. The location was quiet and convenient, close to the airport.
Absolutely nothing to criticize. Perfect stay overall.

It was perfect place for traveling to Longview, I was glad to stay there. Breakfast with many options. Great and exceptionally nice location, helpful staff especially the manager. The hotel was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport

Upon arrival, we discovered dirty sheets and a bathroom in need of cleaning. The manager quickly resolved the issue. Despite this hiccup, the comfortable bed and central location made our stay enjoyable. a recommended choice.

By and large, it was useful base for sightseeing in Longview, had much fun and met very amiable and amiable staff especially the manager. It was based in new building in a favourable and marvellous location, in the middle of jackson.

I absolutely adored the charming decorations in the lobby, it reminded me of a cozy living room from my younger days. the hotel's common areas were easily accessible for us seniors, with conveniently placed handrails and spacious seating areas making it very comfortable to navigate.
Would appreciate more seating options for us seniors, perhaps a couple more cozy armchairs in the room would truly make it perfect.

I simply adored the floral arrangements in the lobby, they added a touch of elegance to my stay. the seating areas were so comfy, perfect for us seniors to relax and chat with fellow travelers. the hotel's easy layout and convenient elevators made it effortless for me to navigate around, which was a huge relief.
Would've appreciated larger text on room signs for better readability by us seniors.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. the room was incredibly spacious, complete with a microwave oven and a fridge for convenience. the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
